• Lining washing is priced based on the weight of the linings to be washed. Small repairs including hook replacements will be included in this cost, with larger repairs priced separately.
• PVC washing is calculated based on the square meterage to be cleaned. We will work this out with you beforehand based on the items you require cleaning.
• If your PVC or linings are heavily stained we ask you to send us photos at the time of booking, we will then advise of any cost implications and whether we believe we will be able to remove the marks shown. 
• Please contact us to discuss your lining and marquee installation requirements, as this will be priced according to your specific requirements. 
• We ask that all jobs are booked in with us in advance, and require payment in full prior to collection.

Please arrange any deliveries with us in advance, so that we can book in your washing. Once your washing has been booked with us you’re welcome to drop it off to our yard in Birdlip, Gloucestershire any time between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, or at weekends by prior arrangement. Alternatively if you wish to take advantage of our marquee and lining installation service we will remove your linings and / or PVC, wash, then return and re-install for you.

We will always try to turn around your cleaning as quickly as possible. We understand that you may be working to a tight timescale, which is why we will always work with the specific requirements of each of our clients to ensure that your washing is ready when you need it. Please discuss your requirements with us before dropping off your washing. 

Whilst our washing machine has been designed for single sections of PVC that are up to 5m wide and 30m long, we are able to wash larger items if required. This involves folding the PVC and passing it through the washing machine multiple times, so whilst the results are very good, we cannot guarantee it will always achieve our highest standard of finish.

Our washing machine will remove all surface dirt, but unfortunately is unable to remove mould or stains that have been ingrained into the fabric of the PVC. This includes age related marks ingrained into the PVC fabric.

We are not able to wash marquees whilst they are erected at a site, all PVC and linings will need to be removed and transported to our warehouse for washing. If you require assistance with this, we offer a marquee and lining installation service. When removing marquee PVC from a permanent marquee structure, the marquee framework can be left in place.

We do not currently offer a service for washing canvas marquee covers.
